Lenovo has announced the Chromebook Plus i 15, a 15.3-inch ChromeOS laptop for users who like larger displays on their chromebooks, with the bonus of an extended battery life. Pricing is expected to start at $469.99, with availability planned for Q2 2026.
The Chromebook Plus i 15 is powered by the Intel Core i3-N355 processor and runs ChromeOS with built-in Google AI features. It comes with 8 GB of LPDDR5 memory and offers 128 GB or 256 GB of UFS storage. Graphics are handled by integrated Intel UMA.
The device itself features a 15.3-inch IPS display with a 1920 × 1200 resolution, 16:10 aspect ratio, and 400 nits of brightness. Lenovo also lists an optional touchscreen variant with a 120 Hz refresh rate and full sRGB coverage. Audio is handled by dual 2 W speakers tuned by Waves.
The notebook is powered by a 65 Wh battery, rated for up to 11 hours of use under typical conditions. The laptop includes a full-size keyboard with a numpad, a fingerprint reader, and a 5 MP webcam with a physical privacy shutter.
Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3; as for ports, the buyer will get two USB-C 3.2 Gen 2 ports, one USB-A 3.2 Gen 1, HDMI 1.4b, a microSD card slot, and a headphone jack. The Chromebook Plus i 15 will come in Cosmic Blue and Luna Grey colorways, and meet MIL-STD-810H durability standards.
