Asus has introduced the refreshed Zenbook A14 at CES 2026, which brings an upgraded spec sheet. While the hardware has seen changes, the overall design remains mostly the same, with the highlight being on the light and thin form factor of the laptop.
As Asus notes, the Zenbook A14 weighs under 1 kg, and it's thin enough to easily fit into compact bags. Under the hood, there's a new Snapdragon X2 Elite CPU, but the company didn't specifically mention what processor is powering this lightweight laptop.
There isn't any clear upgrade in terms of the battery, as the refreshed Zenbook A14 still packs a 70 Wh cell. But the good part is that the laptop is said to be capable of offering 'multi-day' battery life with over 28 hours of video playback with a single charge (25K Ugreen 145 W laptop power bank curr. $69.99 on Amazon).
The display seems to be the same as the predecessor, as Asus highlights a 14-inch FHD OLED screen. The company also notes that the laptop is equipped with a lightweight dual-fan cooling setup, which helps to keep the weight low but promises stable performance under loads.
Other notable aspects from the short CES 2026 introduction include support for Dolby Atmos, a durable chassis, and privacy protection features. Asus didn't share anything on the price and availability, but the last-gen option had a starting launch price of $899.
