Chinese optical technology maker Jmgo showcased the O2S Ultra tri-laser projector at IFA 2025. Now, the company’s new premium home cinema projector is finally available for purchase in North America. As for price, the Jmgo O2S Ultra is priced at $2,999.99 and is now available via Jmgo’s official store and Best Buy.
The laser technology-equipped Jmgo O2S Ultra TV projector offers up to 3,600 ISO lumens of brightness, which delivers images up to 150 inches wide with a 4K resolution, 0.16:1 throw ratio and 3,000,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio. There’s also support for HDR 10 and image correction tools such as autofocus, auto keystone correction, auto screen fitting, and intelligent image flattening. On top of that, the company claims that the projector offers the shortest throw ratio on the market.
Jmgo has incorporated its proprietary MALC 3.0 tri-laser system into the O2S Ultra, which is said to deliver a bright and sharp 4K image while covering 110% of the BT.2020 color gamut. Furthermore, it runs Google TV out of the box and it offers access to a wide range of streaming services, like Netflix, YouTube, Amazon Prime, Hulu, Disney+, and more. Plus, it also brings support for Google Assistant voice commands and Google Cast wireless casting via a smartphone.
Moreover, you get 2 x 10 W Dyanaudio speakers with DTS-HD and Dolby Audio support, and according to the company, they offer powerful and balanced audio. Dimensionally, it measures 312 x 290 x 140 mm (12.2 x 11.4 x 5.51 inches) and weighs around 4.5 kg (9.9 lbs). At the heart of the O2S Ultra is the MT9679 SoC paired with 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of built-in storage.
