Flagship Govee Galaxy Light Projector 2 Pro now available

Govee has released the Galaxy Light Projector 2 Pro in various countries globally. This model appeared earlier this year, when it was confirmed as a Matter-certified device by the Connectivity Standards Alliance (CSA).

The Galaxy Light Projector 2 Pro is a flagship model with a 4MP HD lens. It offers up to 230 lux brightness from an LED light source, making it twice as bright as the original Galaxy Light Projector Pro. With an up to 301 ft² (~28.0 m²) projection area and an adjustable projection angle, it can throw lighting effects onto the walls or ceiling. 

Govee’s Galaxy Light Projector 2 Pro is highly customizable with over 3,200 scene combinations thanks to eight themed film discs, over 20 scenes and over 20 white noise sound effects. These effects can be selected through the Govee Home app, where users can also choose from two starlight motion modes: Gather and Diffuse. Like many of the brand’s products, it supports Alexa and Google Assistant voice commands and is Matter compatible for a wide range of smart home integrations.

In the US, you can now buy the Govee Galaxy Light Projector 2 Pro for $179.99 at the brand’s online store, or for $159.99 at Amazon when you use the in-page $20 coupon. The product is also available in the EU, where it retails for €179.99.
