New Govee Galaxy Light Projector Pro smart home planetarium launches
The Govee Galaxy Light Projector Pro is now available in the US. This smart home planetarium projector has been designed to help you relax, using blue lasers to create soothing images. The gadget comes with eight galaxy discs, 38 scene modes and the ability to create your own RGB color design. Plus, Govee suggests that you could use the device for Christmas-themed lighting.
You can adjust the Galaxy Light Projector Pro’s settings in the Govee Home App, controlling the brightness and movement speed of the stars, with different images projected every second on average. A screw ring can be used to adjust the focal length and improve picture clarity. The projector has a built-in speaker, with 37 soothing white noises and Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connectivity. The music and its volume can be controlled via physical buttons on the device or the Govee Home app, where you can also employ Timer, Wake Up and Sleeping features.
Alternatively, you can control the gadget with Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant voice commands. The device measures 12.8 x 7.87 x 5.12-in (~325 x 200 x 130 mm) and weighs 4.2 lbs (~1.9 kg). You can buy the Govee Galaxy Light Projector Pro in the US for US$179.99. It is unclear whether or when the gadget could arrive in other countries. Govee also recently launched the TV Backlight 3 Lite.
