ULTIMEA Thor T50 and T60 4K laser TVs now available to pre-order with discount
The ULTIMEA Thor T50 and Thor T60 Laser TVs are now available to pre-order. The T60 was previously available via a Kickstarter crowdfunding campaign, and the first units will soon be ready to ship to backers.
The Thor T50 is a 4K laser TV with up to 3,000 ANSI lumens brightness from a blue laser light source, 130% Rec.709 color gamut coverage and a 3,000:1 contrast ratio. The more powerful T60 has a triple color laser engine producing a peak brightness of 4,000 ANSI lumens, with 120% coverage of the BT.2020 color space and a 4,000:1 contrast ratio. The laser TVs have ALLM and MEMC for enhanced gaming performance, Active 3D technology, and HDR10 and Dolby Vision support. On the audio side, the gadget has two built-in speakers, 10W for the T50 and 15W for the T60, which are compatible with Dolby Atmos and DTS-HD. The gadgets run on Android TV 11.0, with Chromecast screen mirroring and Google Assistant voice commands.
You can pre-order the ULTIMEA Thor T50 Laser TV for the discounted price of US$2,499/CA$3,481/£2,034/€2,322; the model will typically retail for US$3,999/CA$5,570/£3,255/€3,716. The Thor T60 Laser TV is also reduced for early customers, available for US$4,399/CA$6,127/£3,581/€4,087, with an RRP of US$5,999/CA$8,355/£4,833/€5,574. Both laser TVs are expected to arrive in March 2024.
