Deliver Us The Moon launched in 2019 as a first- and third-person sci-fi horror game that tells the story of Earth's last remaining astronaut as she is sent on a mission to the moon to figure out why mankind's last hope has gone dark.
Players are tasked with exploring the derelict moon base via rover, monorail, or foot to find out what happened to its occupants and hopefully save the human race from a climate and energy crisis. The gameplay largely centres around survival, exploration, and puzzle mechanics, but it also features a stellar sound track and graphics that belie its indie origins.
Deliver Us The Moon has been discounted by 68% for the duration of the Steam Autumn Sale. For folks in the United States, this means a price of US$7.99, while European gamers are looking at €7.99. Both of these represent the lowest price on record, according to SteamDB.
Of course, Deliver Us The Moon is a single-player, story-driven affair. If you're after something that centres around co-operative or versus gameplay, check out our round-up of Steam Autumn Sale local multiplayer games, and if indie games are up your alley, we have some thoughts on those, too.
