Casio has launched the G-Shock GMC-B2100ZE-1A 50th Anniversary watch in European countries. The black and gold model is already available in North America and is part of the brand’s Full Metal range. Features include Bluetooth connectivity and an accompanying smartphone app.

The Casio G-Shock GMC-B2100ZE-1A watch has arrived in Europe. This model is part of a collection celebrating 50 years of Casio watches. The wearable leaked at a Thai retailer several weeks ago and is already available to purchase in the US.

The GMC-B2100ZE-1A has a black and gold design with an octagonal bezel and a stainless steel case, frame and bracelet. Thanks to Bluetooth connectivity, you can use the Casio Watches smartphone app for features like automatic time setting, flight logging and a phone detector. Other tools include a 1-second stopwatch, a countdown timer, a power-saving mode and the Super Illuminator LED backlight. Plus, with Casio's Tough Solar charging technology, the watch can run for up to five months between charges with typical use.

You can now buy the Casio G-Shock GMC-B2100ZE-1A watch in European countries like the Netherlands, France and Spain for €929. That makes it more expensive than the similar GMC-B2100AD-2A and GMC-B2100D-1A models, priced at €799. The product will also retail in the UK for £869 but is currently listed as out of stock on the brand’s website.
