Casio's limited edition full-metal G-SHOCK GMC-B2100ZE-1A chronograph officially launched

Casio has officially added the GMC-B2100ZE-1A to its website. As detailed in earlier reports, it's a full-metal chronograph designed to mark the 50th anniversary of the Casio Watch series. This G-SHOCK model features a stainless steel build with a black ion-plated case and band. It maintains a 200-meter water resistance and shock-resistant construction - the classic durability you'd expect from G-SHOCK - just in an elegant black and gold color scheme.

The watch includes Casio’s signature Tough Solar technology. It supports Bluetooth connectivity, allowing users to link it with the CASIO WATCHES app that grants access to additional features like auto time adjustment, world time for up to 300 cities, and a phone finder function. The watch also boasts a full auto-calendar to 2099, a countdown timer, a daily alarm, and an LED light with afterglow functionality.

In celebration of the 50th anniversary, the GMC-B2100ZE-1A also comes with a commemorative case back and special environmentally responsible packaging. The case back design and the "50th Anniversary" engraved on the link is another neat detail that reflects the company's dedication to craftsmanship. The limited-edition model weighs 171 grams and measures 51.3 × 46.3 × 12.4 mm.
