Casio is about to release another watch to celebrate its 50th Anniversary: the GMC-B2100ZE-1A. The wearable has recently appeared at Hatyai-Nalika in Thailand and appears to share many similarities with other recently released models in the GMC-B2100 series. Plus, rumors hint at US pricing and availability.

A product listing for the Casio G-Shock GMC-B2100ZE-1A watch has appeared online at Hatyai-Nalika in Thailand. This model is part of a wider range of wearables celebrating Casio’s 50th Anniversary.

The G-Shock GMC-B2100ZE-1A has a black ion-plated stainless steel bezel. The majority of the band is the same color and material, though one link has gold ion plating to tie into the gold accents on the watch face. Aside from its appearance, the analog-digital hybrid model is expected to be similar to other recently unveiled wearables in the GMC-B2100 series, like the GMC-B2100D and the GMC-B2100AD. Bluetooth connectivity allows for automatic time adjustments, reminders, a phone finder tool and controls for various settings via the Casio Watches app. Plus, with solar charging, the watch can run for up to seven months on a single charge with typical use.

The Casio G-Shock GMC-B2100ZE-1A is due to launch this October in Japan, though the exact release date is unknown. Rumors also suggest that the watch will be available in the US for around $930 through authorized dealers, though a launch date for this region has also yet to be confirmed.
