Casio’s 50th Anniversary watch collection debuts with limited edition Casiotron and G SHOCK models
Ahead of the cyberattack on Casio, the company has officially launched its 50th Anniversary “Zero To One” limited edition series, which includes five models designed to celebrate the brand's cemented, rich history of timepieces. The series features the Casiotron TRN50ZE-1A, which is now available for $600, along with the G-SHOCK GMC-B2100ZE-1A, priced at $930.
The Casiotron TRN50ZE-1A is inspired by Casio’s first digital wristwatch from 1974 and comes in a full stainless steel design with modern upgrades like Tough Solar power, 50-meter water resistance, and Multi-Band 6 radio time adjustment. The watch also features Bluetooth connectivity for smartphone integration, world time for 39 cities, a 1/100-second stopwatch, and a full auto-calendar up to the year 2099.
