Casio launches limited edition Zeon-themed G SHOCK x Gundam watch

The Gundam Fan Club and Casio have a new collaboration in tow, bringing the G-SHOCK x GUNDAM Principality of Zeon Model especially for its premium members. Inspired by the Principality of Zeon, a major force in the Mobile Suit Gundam series, this limited edition watch takes design cues from the iconic Zaku II mobile suit.

The military-style olive-green body is constructed from tough resin, and features an LED backlight that reveals the glowing Zeon emblem on the display. The emblem is also engraved on the stainless steel back. This G-SHOCK is part of a lottery sale for fan club members. The lucky buyers can get their hands on this model for ¥22,000 (approx. $153) with shipping starting in March 2025.

The watch doesn’t just look the part; it’s built for durability. It boasts shock resistance, water resistance up to 20 atm, and features a host of useful tools like a stopwatch, timer, alarms, and a multi-function LED. The battery life is designed to last five years.

This unique model will be on sale via lottery from September 30, 2024, to October 27, 2024. Fans can apply during this period, with the deposit collection following shortly after. Furthermore, for exclusivity, it is limited to only one per person.
