The Casio G-Shock G-Metal GM-5600USUB24-1PFS watch, designed in collaboration with Subcrew, is now available in China. This wearable has Subcrew branding across the watch face and strap and a wavy line design. Features include a digital display, a fully automatic calendar and a longer battery life.

Casio has launched the G-Shock GM-5600USUB24-1PFS watch in China. The wearable has been designed in collaboration with skateboarding label Subcrew to celebrate the brand’s 20th anniversary. This is not the first watch to come out of the partnership, with earlier models like the DW-5600SUBCREW-1 launched in 2017.

As its name suggests, the GM-5600USUB24 is a 5600 Series wearable, sharing many similarities with the GM-5600U-1. This latest model has a black ion-plated stainless steel bezel around the watch face, which features the Subcrew logo and a wavy line design. The upper part of the watch band also features the Subcrew logo and branding. Features include a digital display with LED backlight, a fully automatic calendar, multiple time formats, alarms and a countdown timer. Plus, the watch is expected to run for five years on a CR2016 battery.

The watch case measures 49.6 x 43.2 mm (~2.0 x 1.7 inches), and the wearable has a water resistance rating of 20 Bar, or 200 m (~656 ft). You can buy the Casio G-Shock G-Metal GM-5600USUB24-1PFS watch in China for CNY 1,590 (~$224). It is unclear whether or when the model could reach other markets.
