Withings ScanWatch Nova Brilliant hybrid smartwatch with ECG now available

Withings has launched the ScanWatch Nova Brilliant worldwide following its reveal in September. The hybrid smartwatch is very similar to the original ScanWatch Nova, which went on sale at the end of 2023.

The ScanWatch Nova Brilliant version is available in Titanium-Grey and Gold colorways, with a white rather than black watch face and a more elegant design. The watch face measures 39 mm (~1.5 inches), making it smaller than its predecessor, which had a 42 mm (~1.7 inches) diameter. Besides the leather and recycled P.E.T wristbands, there is a new Milanese strap option. The final difference is reduced waterproofing: the Brilliant model is said to be water-resistant to 5ATM, whereas the original had a 10ATM rating.

Otherwise, the features of the two smartwatches are identical. You can track biometrics like heart rate and temperature with an ECG feature and the ability to detect early indicators of illness. You can also use the wearable to monitor your sleep health and exercise. On top of this, it can run for up to 30 days between charges. The Withings ScanWatch Nova Brilliant hybrid watch is now available for $599.95/£549.95/€599.95, the same price as the original model.
