Amazfit T-Rex 3 smartwatch gets more accurate heart rate data in latest update

The Amazfit T-Rex 3 smartwatch is receiving another update, firmware version 3.2.9.3. This is the fourth update in the last month, following the addition of a blood pressure monitoring tool for users in some countries.

Firmware version 3.2.9.3 has been reported by users on Reddit with a 13.47 MB file size, bringing two optimizations to the T-Rex 3. Firstly, the accuracy of the heart rate data collected when you work out is said to have improved. Unfortunately, Zepp Health does not support this claim with any statistics or explanation of the changes. The second note points to general system stability improvements, again lacking further details.

On Reddit, there is some discussion between users relating to battery life, with one user claiming that their wearable lasts longer after this update. Others mention faster-than-expected battery drain, but whether this is pre or post-update is unclear.
