It was on Reddit that user Away-Web-1073 shared an image showing Mama Murphy's earrings and Lorenzo Cabot's mysterious artifact. It must be said that Mama Murphy possesses psychic powers that help the player to find Shaun, while Lorenzo Cabot has become immortal thanks to this artifact. But the potential link between these two accessories lies in their composition.

Indeed, several people have pointed out the strange resemblance to the stuff of the dwarves and the Dwemers in The Elder Scrolls. Not to mention that others have mentioned the fact that Bethesda could make a connection between these two universes, notably by taking into account the various comments made by certain characters.

However, it's also possible that this is just a simple easter egg for The Elder Scrolls franchise.
