If you’ve wanted a G-Shock that doubles as a legit fitness tracker, the DW-H5600 hits the sweet spot. It packs heart-rate and sleep tracking, Strava sync, and the classic shockproof build—and it’s now 40% off as part of Black Friday sale.

Black Friday is the perfect time to snag that Casio G-Shock you have been eyeing. Plenty of models have hit all-time low prices. If you’re an aviation buff, the Gravitymaster GR-B300-1A4 and GR-B300-8A2 pilot watches are currently marked down by 40%. The outdoor-focused Pro Trek PRG270-1 with Triple Sensor tech and Tough Solar is a whopping 48% off. But if you’re looking for a G-Shock that is just as tough as it is fitness-ready, here’s a great deal for you: the G-Shock “Move” DW-H5600 series is on sale at Casio.com,

The DW-H5600-2 with blue colorway and DW-H5600-7 in white are both currently marked down to $179.40. That’s 40% off their usual $300 price tag and the lowest price we’ve tracked for both variants. If you’re not a fan of these colors and don’t mind spending a bit more, the DW-H5600MB-1 Black variant is also currently 40% off and can be had for $192 instead of $320.

The G-Shock Move DW-5600 distinguishes itself from the rest of the 5000/5600 series with a strong focus on fitness tracking. It's the most capable square-case model in the lineup, combining the classic 5600 aesthetic with a surprisingly deep slate of fitness tools. You get continuous heart-rate monitoring, six-stage sleep tracking, SpO2 readings, and detailed activity metrics that sync seamlessly to Strava.

The watch also comes equipped with an inverted Memory in Pixel (MIP) display that makes it easier to read your stats at a glance, and sports a Carbon Core Guard chassis and bio-based resin. Battery life is equally impressive, with Casio claiming up to 35 hours with all tracking enabled, roughly a month with the basics, and nearly a year in power-saving mode thanks to solar assist.

Beyond the fitness tracking features, the DW-H5600 remains every bit a G-Shock. It’s shockproof, water-resistant to 200 meters, and loaded with conveniences like world time, moon-phase data, sunrise and sunset times, four alarms, vibration alerts, a stopwatch, a countdown timer, and a bright Super Illuminator backlight. You also get phone notifications, automatic time sync, activity history, and even a handy phone-finder baked in.
