War Thunder 2.35 "Alpha Strike" comes with Hungarian aircraft, five rank VII premium ground vehicles, and more

With a name directly inspired by the Alpha Jet light attacker and trainer (a pre-built 1:72 Hadlam model can be acquired from Amazon) co-manufactured by France and Germany, the latest major update for War Thunder brings the version of the game to 2.35. However, the focus should have been on the Hungarian aircraft, which are now present in the Italian tech tree all the way up to rank VIII, as well as the five premium tier VII ground vehicles. Nevertheless, War Thunder 2.35 "Alpha Strike" is a welcome refresh to this game.

In addition to the Hungarian planes and premiums mentioned above, there are other highlights worth being mentioned, such as the contemporary FV721 Fox, the WWII Zerstörer 45, or the IJN Mutsu, a Japanese ship from the same era that features the largest guns currently present in the game. An aircraft fuel slider has been added as well, not to mention the North Holland ground forces map.

Replays now feature a sensor view mode, while naval battles sport a new fire control system. The list of minor changes is very long, including new engine sounds for some modern tanks, flight model adjustments for the Mosquito and Javelin, as well as multiple bug fixes and tweaks.
