Oukitel BP2000 expandable LFP battery power station system debuts with limited-time introductory deal
Oukitel has a history of making portable power stations already - however, its latest BP2000 model is the OEM's first to adopt the modular design that allows its potential to store and deliver energy to scale up by allowing the user to rack up to 7 B2000 batteries alongside it for an up-to-16,384Wh backup solution.
The BP2000 system also boasts the same up-to-date LiFePO4 (or LFP) battery type as the ABEARL P5000 series, rated for increased longevity, stability and safety. Each individual core station or B2000 "expansion" module is rated for a 2,084Wh capacity, touted to keep even some refrigerators going for up to 6 hours in the case of a blackout.
The BP2000 offers 15 types of port, multiple full 200-240V AC outlets and dual 100W USB type-Cs included. The station is thus rated for a maximum possible output of 2,200W, and is also rated to charge via AC at up to 1,800W, or in as little as 1.5 hours.
On that note, Oukitel claims that the new BP2000 is compatible with "99%" of conventional solar panels (and micro-inverters) - which it can use to juice up at a rate of up to 1,000W.
Its availability has started from now in Europe via Geekbuying, at up to 45% off its recommended €2,199 price as a standalone power station, with similar deals on bundles with one or more of the B2000 batteries or PV400 solar panels, currently starting at €2,199 or €1,899 respectively for the next ~22 hours from now (September 4, 2023).
