Intel Core 5 220U

The Intel Core 5 220U is a Raptor Lake Refresh SoC mostly identical to the 120U. As such, it features 2 fast Raptor Cove and 8 small Gracemont cores alongside the (pretty old) 80-EU Xe graphics adapter, their overall long-term power consumption capped at 15 W by default.
There is no proper NPU integrated in the Raptor Lake SoCs and unlike the 120U, this newer 2025 chip lacks vPro Essentials.
Performance
A lower mid-range CPU, the average 220U in the Geekbench 6 test results database is good for around 5,000 to 7,000 points, making it about as fast as older AMD Zen 3-powered laptop APUs such as the Ryzen 5 5600U.
The Raptor Lake SoCs are produced in the old Intel 7 process (10nm, formerly known as 10ESF).
