Hisense C2 Ultra: 4K 240Hz laser projector launches with 3000 ANSI lumens, IMAX Enhanced and "Designed for Xbox" certification
Hisense has revealed its newest product, the 4K Laser Smart Mini Projector C2 Ultra, specifically developed for gaming and home use. The projector has been launched with the "Designed for Xbox" certification - claiming to provide an immersive gaming experience on screens from 65 to 300 inches.
Key gaming features include Auto-Low Latency mode and a 240Hz refresh rate, which will contribute towards minimizing lag and motion stutter. The projector’s MEMC technology (Motion Estimation, Motion Compensation) implies that gameplay will feel noticeably smoother.
The C2 Ultra also excels in image quality, offering a 110% BT.2020 color gamut, which means that the projector can display a wider range of colors than the BT.2020 standard - offering richer and more vibrant visuals for HD content. The projector is also pretty bright - at 3000 ANSI lumens, it is a thousand lumens brighter than the recently launched Hisense C2 smart 4K projector. IMAX Enhanced and Dolby Vision certifications further level up brightness and contrast, making it suitable for well-lit rooms. It further reduces harmful blue light, making long viewing sessions easier on the eyes.
The C2 Ultra can be set up to project on walls, ceilings, or floors, thanks to its adjustable gimbal design. On the audio side, the projector is equipped with a 2.1-channel JBL sound system with DTS Virtual:X 3D technology and a built-in subwoofer to deliver audio for games and movies.
Launching globally on October 10, the C2 Ultra should provide high-quality visuals and sound for gamers and home entertainment fans alike.
