Gamers will soon be able to stream their own games via Xbox Cloud Gaming
When Xbox Cloud Gaming was announced, one of the features it was advertised to bring was support for the ability to stream games players have in their games library. Four years later, it is yet to be available for players. However, a report says Xbox will soon make it available.

According to a report by The Verge, unnamed sources revealed to them that Microsoft is preparing to begin testing the ability for users to stream games from their personal library that are not available in the Xbox Game pass library. The addition of this feature will open up players to a much larger games library.
The feature is reportedly part of a project called Project Lapland at Microsoft and the tech giant has been working on getting its servers to support the streaming of games which will now number into the thousands instead of just a few hundreds which are available on Xbox Game Pass. The sheer number of games to be supported can be attributed to why the feature has taken so long to arrive.
Xbox is planning to test the streaming of games from players' libraries with Xbox Insiders in November before rolling it out to more users and more games later. One caveat that has been mentioned is that some games will not be available due to licensing requirements and deals.
