GameSir G7 Pro controller for Xbox gets a new metallic color that's exclusive to Walmart

The GameSir G7 Pro controller has launched in a new color. This is one of a handful of colors the controller has launched in this year, and like some of the earlier releases, the new color which is called Metal Blue, is exclusive to a select store. It also comes with a limited-time discount for early buyers.

This version of the GameSir G7 Pro is the Tri-Mode Tri-Mode wired version that is compatible with Xbox consoles via a wired USB connection, but works with PC via 2.4GHz wireless and USB-C, and can also be connected to Android devices via Bluetooth.

By our count, this Metal Blue variant is the seventh color for this version of the GameSir G7 Pro, and it joins the previously announced Mech White, Shadow Ember, Amazon-exclusive Golden Ombre, Metallic Silver, Amber Flame, and Plum Purple. The new color has a metallic blue faceplate with matching action buttons and D-pad. It also has blue grips and blue shoulder buttons, but the thumbsticks are black, just like the back of the controller.

GameSir says this color is exclusive to Walmart and it is available to buy now for $79.99. Early buyers will be able to get it for $69.99 if they use the code “METALBLU” at checkout. However, the code is only available for the first 100 users and will be available on September 4 at 5 AM Pacific Time.

The GameSir G7 Pro Metal Blue comes with two extra D-pads in different designs, a cable retainer, a 2.4GHz wireless dongle, a matching charging dock, and a 3m-long Type-C cable.
