GameSir has launched a Phantom Blade Zero special edition controller in China. Based on the G7 Pro 8K PC controller, it has an 8,000Hz polling, TMR thumbsticks, Nintendo Switch 1/2 compatibility, and comes with a handful of accessories.

A few days ago, GameSir shared a teaser for its Phantom Blade Zero edition controller. While we await a release date, the controller has already been announced in China, and it is not only stunning, but also packs several features.

Officially known as the Uranus 8K Phantom Blade Zero in China, the global version will be sold as the GameSir G7 Pro 8K PC Phantom Blade Zero Edition. The controller is adorned with an artwork of the protagonist, Soul, on the faceplate, alongside crimson threads that glow in the dark. GameSir has also revealed that the controller has a purple metallic shine to it under bright light

In addition, there's a 3D design on the grips, while the home button has a bell icon instead of a GameSir or Xbox logo. The charging dock also has the crimson threads and the name of the game, and when the controller is charging, the light bar on the dock glows red.

The GameSir G7 Pro 8K PC Phantom Blade Zero Edition has micro-switch 2.0 ABXY buttons, proprietary JS13 Pro TMR sticks, adjustable triggers, extra bumper buttons, and two programmable back buttons. The controller also boasts a high 8,000Hz polling rate with 0.25ms latency.

Other features are a 6-axis gyroscope for motion control, dual asymmetric rumble motors, 3-level adjustable turbo function, and a 3.5mm audio jack with a microphone mute button. It also features a 1,200mAh battery capacity.

In terms of device compatibility, GameSir's new controller won't work with Xbox consoles, judging from the lack of an Xbox button. However, it is compatible with Android, PC, Steam, and even the Nintendo Switch 1 and Switch 2, just like the G7 Pro 8K PC Aimlabs Edition (available on Amazon for $89.99). Depending on the device, it connects via Bluetooth, 2.4GHz wireless, or wired (via USB-C).

The G7 Pro 8K PC Phantom Blade Zero Edition is available to buy now in China on JD.com and Tmall. It comes with extra grip shells, a keyring, a custom carry case, two extra D-pads, and a USB-C cable.
