8BitDo's Tomb Raider 30th anniversary edition controllers are here and they are stunning

8BitDo has finally announced its Tomb Raider 30th anniversary edition controllers. The two controllers are based on the Ultimate 3 Controller for Xbox and Pro 3 Bluetooth Gamepad and are available to pre-order now.

The 8BitDo Ultimate 3 Controller for Xbox - Tomb Raider 30th Anniversary Edition has a golden yellow shell with silhouettes of Lara Croft from different eras. The Xbox controller also has black thumbsticks and action buttons, but the letters on the action buttons are yellow.

The D-pad is golden while the shoulder buttons, triggers, and back buttons are black. The included wireless charging dock comes in a matching color and is adorned with symbols from the Tomb Raider universe and the 30th anniversary symbol.

The 8BitDo Ultimate 3 Controller for Xbox - Tomb Raider 30th Anniversary Edition has the same features as the Lavender and Mossy Lagoon editions. With a price tag of $119.99, the Tomb Raider edition costs more than the $99.99 price of the other two variants.

The 8BitDo Ultimate 3 Controller for Xbox - Tomb Raider 30th Anniversary Edition is available to pre-order on the 8BitDo eShop and will be released on October 24. It is compatible with Xbox consoles (2.4G wireless and wired), Windows PCs (2.4G wireless and wired, Android (Bluetooth), and Apple devices (Bluetooth).

The 8BitDo Pro 3 Bluetooth Gamepad Tomb Raider 30th Anniversary Edition sports a different design, one inspired by the Lost Valley level of the 1996 Tomb Raider game. The base color of the controller is a dull yellow, although 8BitDo says it is a sandstone tone. However, it is the creeping vines vegetation, Atlantean symbols, and ancient geometric patterns that give the controller its captivating appearance.

The 8BitDo Pro 3 Bluetooth Gamepad Tomb Raider 30th Anniversary Edition also has a bright yellow D-pad that beautifully contrasts the gray buttons and thumbsticks.

Like the standard 8BitDo Pro 3 Bluetooth Gamepad, this one comes with accessories that include two green ball-top joystick caps and two yellow themed joystick caps. The charging dock, on the other hand, is a rocky gray with green vegetation and the Tomb Raider logo in the same sandstone yellow.

The 8BitDo Pro 3 Bluetooth Gamepad Tomb Raider 30th Anniversary Edition is priced at $79.99 and is available to pre-order on Amazon and the 8BitDo eShop. It will also be released on October 24.
