GameSir G7 Pro 8K PC controller gets two classic colors with cheaper price tags

Back in January, when GameSir launched the G7 Pro 8K PC controller, it first launched in a special variant called the Aimlabs Edition. Then in February, the controller received a Nioh 3 edition. April arrived with a GameSir G7 Pro 8K PC Champion Edition, a variant of the controller made in collaboration with its brand ambassador, XiaoHai. It then followed it with the G7 Pro 8K PC - Royal2 Edition, another special variant made in collaboration with Royal2, its global brand ambassador.
Not everyone might like the branded or special edition controllers, so GameSir has decided to release the G7 Pro 8K PC controller in two new colors that are devoid of any branding or partnership. The best part is that, due to the lack of branding or tie-ins with games, they cost less.
The new colors for the GameSir G7 Pro 8K PC controller are Ivory White and Obsidian Black. The former has an off-white faceplate with matching buttons, while the grips are grey just like the thumbsticks and D-pad. The shoulder buttons are silver with a chrome finish, while the triggers and mini bumpers are translucent.
The Obsidian Black variant has a black faceplate with matching buttons and triggers. The grips are a slightly darker shade but match the charging dock, while the shoulder buttons have a black chrome finish. It also has translucent triggers and additional shoulder buttons.
Save for the color differences, they have practically the same features as the other G7 Pro 8K PC controllers, which include an 8,000Hz polling rate, four remappable buttons, adjustable triggers, and exclusive compatibility with PC. The two new colors also weigh about 100 grams less than the special editions.
GameSir is taking pre-orders for the two colors on its website and says that they will ship later this month.
