Jsaux launches its first controller alongside an accessory that enhances the Switch Pro controller

Jsaux has made its entry into the controller market with a new sub-brand called Voidjoy, and it has made its debut with two new products. There's the Voidjoy Skylark S1 Pro which is a portable controller, and the other is the Voidjoy Elite Extender which is an accessory for the Nintendo Switch Pro controller (available on Amazon for $77).

The Voidjoy Skylark S1 Pro is a portable controller that is designed to fit in your pocket. However, despite its compact size, it packs features available on full-sized controllers. No bigger than a handheld, the controller features recessed asymmetrical TMR thumbsticks, a cross D-pad, six-axis motion control, and in-line shoulder buttons that include optical linear quick-switch triggers, which Jsaux says is a first for a controller this small.

The controller is compatible with several devices including smartphones (Android and iOS), tablets, PC, Nintendo Switch/Switch 2 with wake support, and SteamOS. It can connect via Bluetooth, USB-C, or 2.4GHz wireless. According to Jsaux, the Voidjoy Skylark S1 Pro can store up to 8 device profiles.

Another interesting feature is that two controllers can use the same receiver, and according to the product page, this makes it easy to switch between characters when playing co-op games such as It Takes Two or Overcooked. User's will be able to switch to their partner's character using a button combo. 

Other features of the Voidjoy Skylark S1 Pro include turbo mode, button mapping, macro support, dual HD rumble, and app support. It also has a 1,000mAh battery capacity that should provide about 10 hours of playtime. Available in Black, the Voidjoy Skylark S1 Pro is available to pre-order now for $49.99.

The Voidjoy Elite Extender for Switch Pro Controller is an add-on that plugs into the Nintendo Switch Pro Controller, effectively turning it into a more advanced controller. It adds two rear buttons, two pressure-sensitive optical triggers with detachable magnetic paddles, one-press macro support, and turbo mode.

The add-on also adds joystick calibration, so that users can reduce the stick drfit on older controllers. There's also an 1800mAh battery capacity inside the device, thus extending the battery life of the Switch Pro controller when it is connected to it. The accessory also works with the same companion app designed for the Skylark S1 Pro, thus allowing users to remap buttons and create custom layouts.
