GameSir has announced a new colorway for its flagship controller, the G7 Pro. The new GameSir G7 Pro Golden Ombre was showcased at CES 2026 and then spotted on Amazon after the tech event. Nearly two weeks later, it is now available to buy, and even comes with a launch discount.
The GameSir G7 Pro Golden Ombre has a gradient gold translucent faceplate and a golden D-Pad. The shoulder buttons and mini bumper buttons are also golden, while the triggers are translucent black. GameSir has given the controller textured grips, and like the faceplate, they are detachable.
The controller also features switches on the back for alternating between Hall Effect analog triggers and micro switch triggers. The two customizable back buttons can also be turned off with their respective switches. The thumbsticks are GameSir's proprietary Mag-Res TMR sticks while the D-Pad and ABXY buttons use optical switches.
This version of the GameSir G7 Pro is the standard Tri-Mode edition that is compatible with Xbox but via a wired connection. It is also compatible with PC (2.4GHz and wired) and Android (Bluetooth). It has a 6-axis gyroscope and a 1000Hz polling rate, both of which only work when connected to a PC. The controller comes with a charging dock, two extra D-Pads, a 2.4G adapter, and a 3-meter long braided USB-C to USB-A cable.
Priced at $99.99, the GameSir G7 Pro Golden Ombre is exclusive to Amazon. However, buyers can get a 20% discount when they tick the coupon price checkbox. This brings the price down to $79.99, the same price the Shadow Ember and Mech White variants sell for on GameSir's website. Amazon says the coupon is valid until February 22, 2026.
