Abxylute unveils M5 and M6 controllers for smartphones

When Abxylute unveiled the M4 snap-on mobile controller in November 2025, it mentioned that it is the first of a new line of products. Now, it is ready to expand the family with two new controllers for smartphones that will launch as the Abxylute M5 and Abxylute M6.

Abxylute will be launching the new controllers via Kickstarter, just like it did with the M4 controller (currently available on Amazon for $42.49) While there are not a lot of details yet, the Kickstarter page has an image of the M6 controller, while the design of the M5 is hidden for now. Nevertheless, it seems both controllers can only be used in landscape orientation.

With respect to the M6, whose design has been made public, the controller will have a magnetic attachment for smartphones. It will also have a sliding mechanism that slides up to reveal the controls, which include a D-pad, two symmetrical thumbsticks, and ABXY buttons in an Xbox layout. It also features in-line triggers and detachable magnetic grips.

There's no info available for the Abxylute M5, but based on the image, it is expected to be slimmer than the M6. We expect more details will be released when the crowdfunding campaign begins on Kickstarter. Unfortunately, Abxylute hasn't said when that will happen. Nevertheless, when both controllers arrive, they will be challenging the Mcon magnetic controller.
