1st Crimson Desert PS5 platinum trophy secured after 280+ hours in open-world game

The popular open-world title from Pearl Abyss features five regions that gamers can spend weeks exploring. However, dedicated Crimson Desert PS5 players have begun to collect the coveted platinum trophy. PSNProfiles confirms that N-A-E-C-A-B-O-N was the first winner after around 285 gameplay hours.
A difficult platinum trophy hunt
The PS5 version includes 35 achievements that involve everything from weapon expertise to trading skills. To acquire the platinum trophy, an individual must complete all of these challenges. N-A-E-C-A-B-O-N became a Pywel Legend on April 4th, 2 weeks, 1 day, and 13 hours after the Crimson Desert release date.
Only 0.06% of all PSN users can boast the ultra-rare accomplishment, but the list is expanding. Following the March 19th launch, 8 competitors have had sufficient time to conquer the open-world game.

Unfortunately, the platinum trophy is exclusive to Sony’s console. Xbox and Steam users will have to make do with the 34 other tasks. Players often target the PS5, with PlayStation cultivating a trophy tradition. Many titles are much easier to dominate, as hunters take advantage of low-effort shovelware.
Crimson Desert also appeals to casual gamers
Although Sony bans the practice, some PSN accounts are sold on the black market for incredible sums. Anyone who manages to collect the most desired trophy in the Crimson Desert PS5 release will achieve fame. Still, other fans are not in such a rush to finish all the missions and challenges.
What makes N-A-E-C-A-B-O-N’s triumph admirable is how easy the detailed maps can distract explorers. Reviews note that a disjointed main campaign can take a back seat to side activities. Kliff has the option to relax with some fishing or participate in mini-games. Another problem is that puzzles may be unexpectedly befuddling.
With player counts remaining high, it’s clear that the enormity of Pywel is keeping gamers engaged.
