Xiaomi Mix Fold 4 tipped to launch worldwide with Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor
Xiaomi is now expected to make its first-ever Mix Flip available alongside the super-premium 14 Ultra in 2024. However, there will still definitely be room on those shelves for a new Mix Fold as well, according to online publication GSMChina.
The blog asserts that the Mix Fold 4 will have the latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 flagship processor from Qualcomm (or SM8650) on its launch, thereby going up against devices such as the OnePlus 12 and Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra as well as other, more direct potential rivals such as the Vivo X Fold3 and Galaxy Z Fold6.
The allegedly upcoming top-end foldable alternative to the 14 Ultra has the model number 2405CPX3DC - unless it is bought outside China, in which case it would be the 2405CPX3DG.
Either variant of the Mix Fold 4 is allegedly referred to as the N8 or by the code-name ruyi among those in the know within Xiaomi as we read, according to this new leak.
