TCL has teased its latest 4K TVs to come with miniLED technology with the announcement that some of them are Red Dot award (Product Design) winners in 2022. These upcoming C83- and C93-series units join the OEM's X925 PRO flagship in boasting these gongs.
Their maker has yet to discuss their specs in detail, although it is already clear that they might owe their new accolades to the useful, convenient and stable-looking central foot-like stand with which they will ship. TCL also already hypes them as "slim, sleek" TVs that will fit right into any home-theater environment while also elevating its interior design.
Similarly, TCL has yet to preview its upcoming P733W and C935U soundbars in depth, only mentioning that they will be 3.1 and 5.1.2 channel respectively, and are to launch with "innovative acoustic reflector technology" that has, again, garnered the 2 new products a Red Dot award apiece.
Nevertheless, it is clear that the C83 and C93 TVs, along with the new P- and C-series soundbars, will be the headliners of its next major product event. Then again, the OEM also plans to introduce further new miniLED units and more soundbars, along with new QLED TVs, during this April 12, 2022 show.
