TCL has augmented its US-market soundbar line-up with 5 new models, a new Premium 5.1 Channel (or Q6510) model included. The new Q Class flagship is rated for Bluetooth for wireless audio streaming as well as ARC via HDMI, and comes with dual rear speakers to help keep the viewer "in the middle of the action".
It has been released alongside a slightly less premium Q Class Q6310 variant that boasts a 340 watt (W) output and 3.1-channel sound, as opposed to the Q6510's 430W output. The Q6310 also has a wireless subwoofer rather than separate speakers, although it still does offer Dolby Audio and DTS Virtual: X 3D effects.
The Q6310 has those specs in common with the new TCL S Class 2.1 Channel (or S4210) soundbar, although this one is rated for 200W of audio power. Alternatively, there is the 3.1-channel 240W S4310 variant, which upgrades to a central speaker for potentially clearer vocals, or the new S Class S4510 flagship with dual rear speakers for a total output of 300W.
All 3 S Class accessories are also touted as "Home Theater, Made Simple" with the "full connectivity" of their Q Class counterparts, wireless options included. They are available from now, priced from US$149.99 to US$229.99, whereas the Q6310 and Q6510 models have been released at recommended prices of US$229.99 and US$279.99 respectively.
