TCL unleashes its new flagship soundbar with second-gen RayDanz technology on the European market

TCL's latest 4K miniLED and QLED TVs have now launched with inbuilt speakers tuned by Onkyo. Nevertheless, the OEM also provides new soundbars to go along with them on their upcoming release to the European market. They include its Red Dot Award-winning C935U and P733W models, the former of which is also accorded the OEM's new flagship for this category.

It boasts Dolby Atmos-enhanced 5.1.2-channel audio and a wireless subwoofer. The C935U is also a second-gen RayDanz soundbar, which means its speakers are molded into "unique" shapes that allow them to ensure that sound waves hit their corresponding "curved acoustic reflector units".

This, according to TCL, generates a "wider" and more "homogeneous" soundstage compared to soundbars from other OEMs with digital processing for the same purposes. The C935U also features a "Low Latency A/V Sync system" and is touted as an ideal complement to TVs such as those of the new C63 series.

The P733W is its new 3.1-channel counterpart with Dolby Audio, DTS Virtual X and a proprietary Sound Sync feature rated to streamline pairing for it and its own wireless subwoofer with TVs of the same brand. The P-series soundbar also has an AI-IN feature to help ensure its "3D surround" sound is optimized for the space it finds itself in.

TCL has also launched the S522W soundbar today (April 12, 2022). This new model has 2.1-channel audio; nevertheless, the OEM asserts that it is capable of "stunning and clear sound" thanks to "precision tuning" in partnership with the Belgian company iLab.

The S522W has also been equipped with Movie-, Music-, and News-optimized modes and can stream from a user's mobile device using Bluetooth. Pricing and availability by country for these 3 new TCL soundbars is forthcoming at a later date..
