New limited edition Garmin smartwatches on the way
Garmin has launched the new Instinct 3 Alpine Rush Collection watches worldwide. The limited edition range introduces three new colorways for the rugged smartwatch, which launched in January 2025.
The Instinct 3 Alpine Rush Collection includes four watches. Two variants have a Sunburst colored casing with a Sunburst/Gray band: the 45 mm Solar and 50 mm Solar versions of the Garmin Instinct 3. The Instinct 3 45 mm AMOLED is offered in a new Citrine colorway, and the larger Instinct 3 50 mm AMOLED gets a new Fern Green option.
Aside from the new casing and strap colors, these versions of the Garmin Instinct 3 appear to be identical to the original smartwatches. All versions have a metal-reinforced bezel and a built-in LED flashlight. They offer tools like multi-band GPS, health metric tracking, smart notifications and contactless payments. The AMOLED models have a 24-day battery life estimate with typical use, while the Solar versions with a MIP LCD display can run for an unlimited time thanks to the integrated solar cells.
The Garmin Instinct 3 Alpine Rush Collection watches will go on sale on March 20th at the brand's online store. They start from $399.99/£299.99/€349.99 for the 45 mm Solar model; the RRPs match the original versions of the smartwatches. Whether or when they will reach the brand's official Amazon storefront is unclear. You can find a full price list below.
