Garmin smartwatch users get new Morning Report-related feature in update

Garmin has released the Beta Version 14.05 update for the Instinct 3 AMOLED, Instinct 3 Solar, Instinct Crossover and Instinct E smartwatches. This is the first update in the 14.xx testing cycling, beginning around a fortnight after the 13.xx cycle concluded with the stable Software Version 13.29 release.
In Beta Version 14.05, Garmin is pushing several new features to the Instinct 3 Series smartwatches. For users of the Instinct 3 and Instinct E, these include a new Stocks glance, where you can view the latest price of your chosen ticker, and a Mobility app. These wearables now support the Backup and Restore feature, which can be useful if you ever need to factory reset your watch. Plus, there is a new Recovery Time glance and Morning Report card. On top of this, Garmin has resolved issues linked to inReach messages and Interval Workouts.
For users of the Instinct 3 and Instinct Crossover smartwatches, there is a new Workout Execution Score, and training guidance will now factor in recent diving activities. Only for users of the Instinct Crossover is Connect IQ support for controlling the watch's analog hands.
Garmin's Beta Version 14.05 is available via 'Check For Updates' for the Instinct 3 AMOLED, Instinct 3 Solar, Instinct Crossover and Instinct E smartwatches (curr. from $214.99 at Amazon). To start the installation process, go to the Main Menu > System > Software Update > Check For Updates.
