A new leak has now revealed Motorola's plans for its next foldable. The Motorola Razr 60 Ultra—or Razr+ 2025—is tipped to launch in the coming months and will be powered by a Snapdragon 8 Elite series chipset.

While foldables from Samsung, Oppo, and Xiaomi dominate headlines, Motorola lays claim to being one of the first OEMs to adopt the form factor and now looks geared to debut new foldable devices for the year, with the Razr 2025 series set to debut soon.

As revealed by leaker Smart Pikachu, Motorola is readying a new foldable device to launch in Q2. This device is presumably the Razr 60 Ultra, which should go on sale globally as the Razr+ 2025. While the leak doesn't specify when in Q2 the foldable will debut, previous generations have launched in June, and that would be a safe bet for this year as well.

According to the leak, the Razr+ 2025 will sport a 6.9-inch inner display and a 4-inch outer screen—the exact dimensions as last year's model. The Razr+ 2024 launched with a Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 and it's likely its successor arrives with similar hardware, with the source claiming it will be powered by a "low-power" Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. That could be the upcoming Snapdragon 8s Elite, or the 7-core version of the Snapdragon 8 Elite designed for foldables.
