Lenovo Legion Go Fold Concept: Intriguing handheld game console revealed with colossal 11-inch screen

Lenovo has shown off an intriguing handheld console at MWC 2026. Calling it a handheld is a bit of a stretch, because when it is fully unfurled, it might as well be a full-fledged tablet. The Lenovo Legion Go Fold Concept leaked a few days earlier, and now we know it is real. At first glance, it looks a lot like the Acer Nitro Blaze 11 shown at CES 2025, which, unfortunately, never saw the light of day beyond the initial reveal.
The Lenovo Legion Go Fold Concept comes with an 11-inch POLED screen with a resolution of (2,435 x 1,712) 500 nits peak brightness, and 165 Hz refresh rate, when fully expanded. Otherwise, it can double up as a 7.2-inch screen for a more portable form factor. Essentially, it is an independent tablet that can operate on its own, and even double up as a laptop when paired with a keyboard/mouse.
Like the regular Legion Go, it comes with two detachable controllers, one of which can double up as a mouse. Together, they can be assembled to form one mount for the tablet, both in its compact and expanded forms. The Legion Go Fold Concept is essentially a multi-purpose tablet that can sometimes be used as a handheld console.
Specs-wise, the Lenovo Legion Go Fold Concept uses an Intel Core Ultra 7 258V Lunar Lake SoC—and not AMD silicon used by its non-fold counterparts. Because Lunar Lake has memory-on-package, it is limited to 32 GB of LPDDR5x RAM. Storage is restricted to 1 TB. The controller and tablet together weigh 868 grams, with the individual components weighing 230 grams and 638 grams, respectively.
