Lenovo confirms Xbox Full Screen Experience is coming to Legion Go devices soon as early testing begins

Microsoft first introduced the Xbox Full Screen Experience (FSE) back in June 2025. The ROG Xbox Ally and ROG Xbox Ally X were the first handhelds to ship with this interface, but Microsoft later expanded it to other Windows gaming devices. And now, it looks like Lenovo Legion Go users will be the next to enjoy FSE.
Lenovo’s Senior Global Gaming Manager, Ben Green, recently shared a post on X, confirming that the Xbox Full Screen Experience is coming to Legion Go devices. However, the feature is not available for everyone yet, as the company is conducting early tests first. This will allow Lenovo to gather feedback and fix any issues before the full release.
The good news is that if you own a Legion Go or Legion Go 2, you can simply sign up through Gleam to take part in the test. All you need to do is enter your email address on the sign-up page, and if selected, Lenovo will send instructions explaining how to install and enable Xbox FSE on your device. However, do make sure to update your handheld to the latest software version before installing the new interface.
At the moment, Lenovo has not shared an exact timeline for when the full public release will happen. However, the Gleam page shows that entries for the early testing program will close roughly 45 hours from the time of writing, so you still have about two days to sign up and try the feature ahead of everyone else.
