Anbernic RG Vita Pro: New official video reveals gaming capability and additional specs

A few days ago, Anbernic uploaded a video on YouTube that revealed an important detail about its upcoming handheld, the RG Vita Pro. However, the video was taken down by Anbernic, although not before some spotted it. Now, it has been re-uploaded, and it provides new details of the device as well as its gaming capability.
The title of the video jumps straight into the details as it reveals that the RG Vita Pro will be a dual-OS handheld. The video description adds that the device will ship with Android 14 and a 64-bit Linux operating system. For comparison, the non-pro model, the RG Vita, is single operating system handheld, and it ships with Android 12.
The video shows the RG Vita Pro running a handful of games such as the PS Vita titles One Piece: Pirate Warriors 2, Adventures of Mana, and Gravity Rush; and the the Android video games Punishing: Gray Raven and Snowbreak: Containment Zone. The handheld is also shown running some PS2 games including Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty, Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater, Neo Contra, and Castlevania: Curse of Darkness.
The Anbernic RG Vita Pro can also emulate other retro consoles such as the Nintendo Wii, 3DS, N64, and GameCube as well as the PlayStation One, and Sega Dreamcast. The handheld is also capable of streaming games from a PC, and can be connected to an external display for multiplayer gaming.
Anbernic says the RG Vita Pro is coming soon, so pricing and availability details should be revealed then. Nevertheless, when it launches, it will have a 5.5-inch touchscreen display with a 1920 × 1080 resolution, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.0, DisplayPort support (1080p), and a 5,000mAh battery. It will be available in Black and White.
