Infinix has just confirmed that it is the Innovative Mobile Phone Brand of the year award winner following its CES 2024 appearance...which, in the face of its latest smartphone and its almost suspiciously Realme C53-like thing, might seem a little ironic.
Nevertheless, the "trendy tech brand crafted for young consumers" claims to have brought some much more inspiring tech to CES 2024. It includes its new E-Color Shift rear panel type, which integrates E Ink Prism 3 e-paper material to create a smartphone with an adjustable back cover (although the same effect could be achieved with the dual-display technique).
Similarly, Infinix claims that its take on the over-the-air (or "magnetic resonance") wireless charging prototype craze (albeit of a few years ago now) is safe and "commercially viable" in the form of its new AirCharge technology. The OEM also showcased its Extreme-Temp Battery, rated to stay operational at -40 degrees Celsius/Fahrenheit, in Las Vegas.
Infinix also asserts that it has "surpassed expectations in the field of innovation" in 2023 as well, with a new and potentially ultra-fast 260W successor to its 180W ThunderCharge wired standard, not to mention its 110W wireless charging counterpart.
