Fnatic has secured a long-term development partnership with Sony to provide input on next-gen INZONE products. The new collaboration is slated to result in new content from the brand as well as follow-ups to PlayStation-themed monitors such as the M9. Sony asserts that the e-sports team members' experience and feedback will lead to a revolution in its own-brand gaming gear in the near future.

Not content with even the announcement of FFXVI pre-orders, Sony has announced a new co-branding initiative for its first-party gaming gear and its evolution. Fnatic, a "world leader in the e-sports scene" with an estimated "unrivaled" 30+ million-strong global fanbase, has been chosen as the ideal group to influence the direction and quality of the INZONE brand going forward.

Accordingly, in-testing products of this line are slated to benefit from a combination of Sony's long-standing "expertise in high image and sound quality...with the unrivaled experiences and performance of Fnatic's professional players" during their development.

Accordingly, this partnership may result in successors to the current INZONE headset and monitor offerings with a potentially marketable new affiliation. Furthermore, Sony will also release new branded content as well as hardware based on the "multiple-year" agreement.

Details on an inaugural INZONE x Fnatic product launch have yet to emerge.
