Rogbid's new SR16 Smart Ring has a titanium shell, full-display touch controls, heart rate and SpO₂ tracking, gesture support, and up to 30 days of standby. It is priced at $79.99, and rivals premium models from Oura and Ultrahuman.

As smart rings become more mainstream, Rogbid is introducing another new contender in this space - the SR16. This smart ring is a follow-up to last year’s SR08 Ultra, and the newer SR10, with the company claiming improved durability, upgraded sensors, and a redesigned display interface over its predecessors. The wearable is titanium-bodied, and weighs 3.5 grams and measures 8 mm wide with a 2.5 mm thickness.

The SR16’s display now supports touch gestures for quick access to time, heart rate, step count, and sleep tracking. Unlike most rings in its price range, it even includes a caller ID display, which shows the number of incoming calls when paired via Bluetooth 5.2. Users can also adjust screen brightness directly from the app.

Regarding health tracking, the ring uses the Tianyi 3918H heart rate sensor for continuous heart rate and SpO₂ monitoring. It also measures heart rate variability, stress levels, and sleep stages - features typically found on more expensive devices like the Oura Ring 4 (curr. $349 on Amazon) and Ultrahuman Ring Air. While Rogbid’s app lacks Oura’s in-depth readiness metrics or Ultrahuman’s glucose insights, it does cover most essential wellness features effectively for the price.

On-paper battery performance is also respectable, with about five days of active use and up to 30 days on standby claimed by the manufacturer. Charging is handled via magnetic adsorption with short-circuit protection. For a ring this compact, that’s comparable to the RingConn Gen 2, though slightly behind Oura’s seven-day rating. The SR16 also comes with gesture controls, letting users take photos or navigate between music and short videos. It’s available in black, silver, and gold, across seven ring sizes (8–14).

At a launch price of $79.99, Rogbid’s SR16 is a pretty decent value option. Although it does lack the ecosystem integration of Samsung’s Galaxy Ring or the polished app analytics of Oura, but on paper, it delivers a surprising mix of premium materials, multi-sensor tracking, and a functional display at a fraction of the cost.
