Rogbid has added a new adventure-centric model to its wearable line, the GeoX1. The watch pairs a 1.43-inch AMOLED display with dual-frequency L1 + L5 positioning that taps six satellite systems (GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, BeiDou, QZSS, SBAS). Because the maps are stored locally, navigation continues even when a phone signal drops.
Hardware and build
- Case & rating: Rugged housing tested to U.S. MIL-STD shock, temperature, and water standards; 3 ATM waterproof.
- Battery: 860mAh lithium cell, quoted for up to 100 days standby or multi-day mixed use.
- Sensors: Altimeter, barometer, digital compass plus 24/7 heart-rate, SpO₂, sleep, and stress tracking.
The GeoX1 ships with multisport profiles for running, cycling, swimming, and more, and includes onboard workout courses. Data syncs to Rogbid’s companion app for trend analysis. Bluetooth calling is baked in; a built-in mic and speaker let users take calls without reaching for a phone. Four gigabytes of local storage handle MP3/MP4 playback, voice memos, and photo storage. TWS earbuds like the Anker P20i (curr. $19.99 on Amazon) can pair directly to the watch for untethered audio.
Users can swap watch faces through the companion app and control power-saving modes to extend runtime on longer treks. Rogbid’s UI also shows battery health and satellite-lock status at a glance.
The GeoX1 is available now in Trail Black at $99.99 through Rogbid’s official store and ships with two interchangeable straps. The first 100 buyers receive a complimentary Rogbid Arc smartwatch (retail $29.99). The GeoX1 should be good for hikers or back-country travellers who want offline mapping without paying premium-brand prices.
