QCY has unveiled its latest pair of earbuds, the Crossky C50. The earbuds feature a new trendy cuff-like open-ear design, which is similar to Soundpeats’ Pop Clip earbuds (curr. available at $39.98 at Amazon). QCY has incorporated a 10.8 mm dual-magnet sound driver with a bass enhancement algorithm in the earbuds to deliver clear audio with personalized immersion.
The open-ear earbuds have a total of four microphones (two on each bud) with a beamforming algorithm, and according to the brand, the mics offer crystal-clear call quality even in noisy and windy environments. Unfortunately, the earbuds lack active noise cancellation support. Furthermore, it features a directional acoustic structure, and the company claims that it minimizes sound leakage by up to 90%.
As far as the build is concerned, the Crossky C50 is crafted with skin-friendly liquid silicone and flexible titanium wire, which offers a secure, lightweight fit. Moreover, they are IPX5-rated, meaning they can withstand normal water splashes and sweat. The earbuds are said to last for up to 7.5 hours on a single charge, with a wireless charging case providing up to 35 hours of listening time. There’s also fast charging support; a 10-minute quick charge offers 2 hours of playback time.
Unlike the Soundpeats Pop Clip, the C50 boasts the latest Bluetooth 6.0 connectivity, which ensures a stable, lag-free connection. Needless to say, it also has multipoint-connection support, meaning you can connect the earbuds with up to two devices and effortlessly switch between them. Plus, QCY also packs the Find My Earbuds feature into the C50, which further helps you to locate your buds. The QCY app is also there, which unlocks several other features such as EQ customizations, touch control settings, battery tracking, and more.
Available in pink, black, and white colorways, the QCY Crossky C50 earbuds are priced at $39.99. You can now purchase the earbuds via QCY’s official website.
