Rogbid's new Breeze handheld fan comes with semiconductor cooling instead of the typical blades. It packs a 13,000 RPM turbo motor, 6,000 mAh battery, and aluminum unibody design. Priced at $39.99 in two finishes.

Rogbid, which is better known for its budget Android smartwatches and smart rings, has now added a new handheld fan to its lineup that skips the usual spinning blades for semiconductor cooling. The Breeze is now listed on Rogbid's own store for $39.99. It's somewhat similarly priced compared to some other personal fans with similar specs on Amazon (relatively fewer models are listed with semiconductor cooling).

Instead of pushing air around like a conventional handheld fan, semiconductor cooling works by using a thermoelectric plate to actively chill the air (or a surface) it's blowing across. This typically means you get a much colder stream than blade-based alternatives, though at the cost of higher power draw. Rogbid's version of this uses what it calls a four-layer composite semiconductor cooling panel, paired with a seven-blade turbo fan driven by an in-house high-speed motor rated up to 13,000 RPM. The company says the combination of a precision CNC-machined blade design and a honeycomb air outlet is meant to keep airflow concentrated rather than diffuse. Plus, there's a 360-degree rotating head and 145-degree tilt.

Speed control comes via a stepless rotary wheel offering 199 adjustable levels, with a small LED display up front showing both the current speed and remaining battery life. Rogbid hasn't published independent figures for how cold the plate actually gets or how loud the fan runs at full tilt, but it has confirmed a 6,000 mAh capacity split across dual battery cells. It's a decent figure compared to the smaller cells found in many pocket fans; charging is handled over USB-C for compatibility with power banks and standard wall adapters.

The body itself is a full-metal unibody built from aerospace-grade aluminum alloy rather than the plastic shells common in this category. A built-in LED light is also present for illumination during outdoor activities or emergencies, and the fan is designed to work in three modes: handheld, as a foldable desktop fan, or neck-hung for hands-free use.

The Breeze comes in two finishes, 'Tech Black' and 'Moonlight Silver', and is available alongside two other handheld fans in Rogbid's lineup, the Winggo and the Mini Fan.
