New affordable 3-in-1 smart glasses promise up to 39 days of battery and UV protection
Rogbid has just unveiled its new VisionW 3-in-1 AI Smart Glasses for $69.99. The main selling point is the interchangeable frame design — the company shows off the product in three different styles for outdoor and everyday use.
The first frame is a thick, black wayfarer-style design with dark tinted lenses. It measures 145.7 mm across the front, with a 48.8 mm lens height and an 18 mm bridge. The second is a wider double-bridge design with dark lenses, measuring 147.4 mm across and 48.4 mm high. The third is a browline-style half-rim frame with clear lenses. It is the widest of the three at 151 mm and has a 44 mm lens height.
It's important to note that Rogbid's product information does not clearly say whether all three frames are included in the $69.99 package. The "3-in-1" name and the fact that all three designs are listed together likely implies the same, but the company doesn't provide a clear contents-of-the-box breakdown.
The glasses use Bluetooth for connectivity and have a 200 mAh battery with magnetic charging. The company also claims "long battery life" and shows a 39-day figure in one of its product graphics. However, it does not explain whether those days refer to standby time or normal use, so it would be premature to treat that as the glasses' actual battery runtime. Plus, the glasses support 3D surround sound, while the AI voice assistant can use ChatGPT, Grok and other large language models. There's also anti-blue-light and UV protection for the lenses.
Rogbid says the frame uses skin-friendly TR90 material, although the specification images show metal fronts on two of the three designs. Also, there is also no camera listed anywhere in Rogbid's published specifications. That means the VisionW are focused on audio and AI features and not photography/videography.
