Garmin and Apple don’t offer this: SpinX smartwatch sports innovative controls and 100-day battery life

Rogbid may already be familiar to some wearable enthusiasts, and the company is now offering a new smartwatch called the Rogbid SpinX. It is available directly from the manufacturer for $50, but prospective buyers should check the shipping terms carefully. The Rogbid SpinX comes with a special feature that the manufacturer is also promoting extensively: there is a scroll wheel below the display that apparently uses optical sensors. This should make it possible to scroll through menus, among other things.
The affordable smartwatch lacks some features. For example, there is no GNSS module, so outdoor workouts cannot be tracked precisely in terms of distance covered. That being said, a compass is integrated. This should make navigation possible, at least with a traditional paper map. Optical sensors are included, which are said to be able to measure heart rate as well as blood oxygen saturation.
An AMOLED screen with a resolution of 466 x 466 pixels is on board as well. The smartwatch further utilizes a battery with a capacity of 1,100 mAh, and the manufacturer specifies a battery life of more than 100 days. This figure does not have to be entirely unrealistic, although the battery life actually achievable with wearables depends heavily on factors such as how often the display is activated by notifications or manually. The Rogbid SpinX also comes with a flashlight.
