Smalth’s new Titanium Pro smart ring debuts with ECG monitoring and no subscription fees

Smalth has introduced its new Titanium Pro smart ring, joining the Titanium in the brand’s roster. To recall, the Titanium launched last year in the market. The Pro variant brings notable upgrades over the base variant. Speaking more precisely, the Titanium Pro comes with built-in ECG monitoring, which is said to offer detailed analysis of heart rhythm.
Besides ECG monitoring, the smart ring also ships with health tracking features such as 24/7 heart rate and SpO₂ monitoring. On top of this, it supports in-depth sleep tracking, offering metrics like sleep cycles, sleep stages, sleep score, and sleep time. Like the vanilla variant, the Pro variant can also store up to 7 days of complete health data without any Bluetooth or app connection.
The Titanium Pro is said to offer up to 7 days of battery life in normal use, and the case extends the ring’s battery life up to 30 days. Furthermore, the wearable allows you to track different activities, including running, cycling, walking, swimming, and more. You can check all the metrics via the companion app. While it doesn’t offer in-depth data like other premium rings, it does cover essential wellness features for the price.
Interestingly, the smart ring doesn’t require a subscription fee. It retains the same build and dimensions as the base model. To be more exact, the ring comes with a medical-grade titanium shell, weighing around 2.7 grams (0.095 ounce) and measuring just 7.6 mm wide with a 2.3 mm (0.090 inch) thickness. Moreover, it carries a 10 ATM water resistance rating.
Available in a single black colorway, users can choose from six different ring size options, including 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, and 13. It is already available for purchase via Smalth’s official website for $128.
