Millions of people around the world suffer from migraines. The Ultrahuman Ring Air now wants to help identifying triggers for migraine attacks, which could suggest lifestyle adjustments that may reduce how often these attacks occur. This feature will soon be available in Europe as well, but it will require a paid subscription.

The Ultrahuman Ring Air retails for $349 and will soon receive a new feature that’s made for users who suffer from migraines. The so-called Migraine PowerPlug was developed in collaboration with Click Therapeutics.

The feature analyzes data collected by the ring on sleep quality, activity, stress and heart rate variability in order to identify correlations between behavioral changes and migraine attacks. The goal is to highlight possible causes of attacks, but also provide personalized and practical recommendations on how to reduce the risk of migraines. These range from movement and sleep targets to a customized hydration plan that indicates how much fluid should be consumed and at what times.

The Migraine PowerPlug is intended to help users monitor their own habits and adjust them if needed. Click Therapeutics emphasizes that this approach has been clinically validated, but the smart ring feature is only an additional help for managing migraines and cannot replace doctor visits.

Price and availability

The migraine features for the Ultrahuman Ring Air are expected to launch in spring 2026 and will also be available in Europe. The functions are part of the Migraine PowerPlug, which will likely require a paid subscription, like other Ultrahuman PowerPlugs. Pricing has not yet been announced. For reference, Ultrahuman charges €39 a year for cycle tracking and €49 for AFib detection.
